Marco Petracchini lives in London for over 20 years, he has always been nostalgic for Italian food. For this reason, in 2004, he decided to open the Oddono’s Gelati in partnership with Christian Oddono, a chain of artisan ice cream parlors in the London area.
The first store in South Kensington was a success, therefore in the following years, he opened 7 more ice cream parlors.
“Bringing the taste of Italy to London – says Marco – was a hard game to play, with one more challenge: create the new gelato flavors that recall the Italian taste.
This is how the idea of the panettone flavor was born, a gelato made with Classic Loison panettone which releases intense aromas of candied fruit and the classic flavor of the Italian Christmas tradition“.
