The recipe

  • 4 servings
  • 500 g of Panettone Loison
  • 250 g of mascarpone
  • 150 g of salted meat
  • Herb flavored oil (marjoram, basil and chives)
 
Directions
Flavor the oil with the herbs.
Cut slices from the Panettone, trim them and flatten them with a rolling pin.
Spread the mascarpone on the slices, creating a thin and homogeneous layer, and lay the salted meat carpaccio on top.
Roll up the slice on itself.
Plating
Cut the roll of panettone in two, taking care to stop with toothpicks. Garnish with the flavored oil.
