A simple and quick idea to make!
Our friend Sara chose a sweet and savory combination, creating a garland of skewers that is ideal as a centerpiece but also to be enjoyed on Sunday for lunch with friends, or outdoors perhaps during a picnic.
For this recipe you can use a slice of classic Colomba or the ready-made panettone slices like Sara did.

The recipe
- Ingredients
- For 10 skewers:
- - 1 slice of panettone
- - 2 slices of pecorino cheese (1 cm thick each)
- - 20 slices of Milano salami
- - 10 black olives
- - rosemary to decorate
Directions
Cut the panettone into cubes of about one cm per side and toast them for a few minutes in a pan

Cut the pecorino cheese into chunks. Take the skewers and insert a piece of cheese, a slice of salami, a cube of panettone and an olive into each of them.

Alternate the ingredients between them until you have filled the whole skewer.
Impiattamento
Arrange the skewers in a circular fashion on a serving plate. Insert a few sprigs of rosemary here and there to complete the decoration.
