A simple and quick idea to make!

Our friend Sara chose a sweet and savory combination, creating a garland of skewers that is ideal as a centerpiece but also to be enjoyed on Sunday for lunch with friends, or outdoors perhaps during a picnic.

For this recipe you can use a slice of classic Colomba or the ready-made panettone slices like Sara did.

Per questa ricetta puoi usare una fetta di Colomba classica o le Slice di panettone già pronte come ha fatto Sara.

The recipe
  •
  • Ingredients
  • For 10 skewers:
  • - 1 slice of panettone
  • - 2 slices of pecorino cheese (1 cm thick each)
  • - 20 slices of Milano salami
  • - 10 black olives
  • - rosemary to decorate

Directions
Cut the panettone into cubes of about one cm per side and toast them for a few minutes in a pan
Cut the pecorino cheese into chunks. Take the skewers and insert a piece of cheese, a slice of salami, a cube of panettone and an olive into each of them.
Alternate the ingredients between them until you have filled the whole skewer.
Impiattamento
Arrange the skewers in a circular fashion on a serving plate. Insert a few sprigs of rosemary here and there to complete the decoration.
