Urban Fare is a Canadian luxury store chain comprised of 6 branches, 4 in the Vancouver city center, 1 in Calgary, and 1 in Kelowna. When the first store opened in 1999 in Vancouver, in the Yaletown district, a residential area very popular for its great restaurants, the very high quality of its products made the news.

Urban fare goes on keeping its focus on high-end enogastronomy, for both local and imported products, with a very wide variety! Besides the sales, Urban Fares is characterized by its concept that includes the presence of flower shops, cafés, and restaurants open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and with a wide selection of ready meals for the takeaway service.

“I discovered Loison during the Tuttofood in Milan,” says Nash Huntley, Urban Fare’s marketing manager, “and I came to visit the Costabissara laboratory with other buyers from all around the world to get to know the high quality of handmade production and packaging.”
“We suggest to our clients to taste the Loison Panettone on its own,” he says, “or as a French toast, a very popular dish in Canada.”
