These Mini Cream Tarts are a quick and tasty idea for turning dove into fantastic treats!
Our friend Sara from Pasta&Impasta blog made us this easy easy recipe to turn a leftover dove into a delicious dessert to enjoy with friends!
- 1 dove to taste
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 250 ml fresh cream
- 40 g of powdered sugar
- strawberries to taste
- edible flowers to taste
Cut the dove into slices about 1 cm thick. Using a heart-shaped mold, cut out many dove hearts.
Prepare the frosting by whipping the mascarpone together with the cream and sugar until fairly thick.
Put the cream inside a piping bag and make small tufts on the surface of half of the little hearts.
Place the remaining little hearts on top of the tufts and top them with a second layer of cream. Decorate with small pieces of strawberries and the edible flowers.
